MaryAnne Thornton has directed all of the BBP productions since she founded the theatre in 1986. She has also written the scripts for two of our more recent musicals - Charlotte's Web and The Lion, Witch and Wardrobe. Along with directing and writing, she also choreographs and works with many other talented people in designing the costumes and the sets for the productions.
MaryAnne has worked as a realtor for over 20 years. She is currently an agent with Akarion Realty Co. Her business card reads - appropriately so - "There's No Place Like Home"
MaryAnne is also very excited to have recently had her first children's book accepted for publication. It is due to be released in late summer of 2010!
