The females in Sweetapple, Ohio are thrilled when newly draftedrock & roll heart throb, Conrad Birdie, picks one of their teens to bestowa final "kiss on the cheek" to before he heads off to serve his country! Kim Macafee, her mother, her younger sisters, their friendsand the very exuberant "Conrad Birdie Fan Club" eagerly await his arrival!!However once he and his manager arrive their tiny town is turned upside down leaving her dad, her brother, her boyfriend and all the males of Sweetapple to wonder if their sleepy little town will ever be the same?!!
"Birdie" is the #1 produced show in the world and is nothing but pure fun from beginning to end!
With great roles for children, teens and adults of all ages it features such well known songs as:
KIDS, PUT ON A HAPPY FACE, THE TELEPHONE HOUR, HOW LOVELY TO BE A WOMAN
and many many more!
Registration is open to children & teens ages 7 yrs thru 18 yrs old. Adults are also needed.
Casting and rehearsals will begin June 7th and be held on Thurs and/or Sun evenings.
The cast will be limited in size and there will be no double casting for this show unless you ask to be doubled
Show dates are SEPT. 14TH, 15TH, 16TH
